Q1:How can I retrieve my password?

A : You can retrieve your password using the password recovery system at http://forgetpwd.kau.edu.sa

Please read through the following important usage notes before attempting to recover your password.

• Make sure you are using the students' ODUS system at http://odus.kau.edu.sa/students. NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE TEACHERS' ODUS SYSTEM.
• If the system is temporarily unavailable for regular maintenance, please try again later before contacting us.
• Your username is your student ID number.
• Always TYPE IN your password rather than copy-pasting it, thereby avoiding redundant spaces.
• You MUST try to recover your password via the system before contacting us, as passwords are released by the Technical Support Team on the strictest condition that repeated attempts of retrieval via the system have come to nothing.
• If the answer to the security question or the e-mail address is entered incorrectly twice, you will be automatically directed to the password recovery questions page.
• If you are unable to provide the exact number of your credit hours or Grade Point Average (GPA), please key in the closest estimate possible and the system will work out the error rate.
• If you are a preliminary 2010 student and your attempts to retrieve your password through the system have failed, please contact us at login.help@kau.edu.sa, making sure to provide the following information: 

• Your full name (FOUR NAMES).
• Your student ID number. 
• Your national ID number.
• The number of your credit hours.
• Your Grade Point Average (GPA).
• Your contact mobile telephone number as stored in your student records. If changed, please supply the new one.

Your e-mail address as stored in your student records. If changed, please supply the new one.
