Q 3 : What information shall I supply to have my password reset?

A 3 :For us to be able to rest your password, please send in the following information:

  • Your full name (FOUR NAMES).
  • Your student ID number. 
  • Your national ID number.
  • The number of your credit hours.
  • Your Grade Point Average (GPA).
  • Your contact mobile telephone number as stored in your student records. If different, please supply the new one.
  •  Your e-mail address as stored in your student records. If different, please supply the new one
