A : 11. What do I do if I face problems accessing the kaaunet or the university e-mail?
To have access to kaaunet, university website and e-mail and memos and resolutions, you must use your username (your employee number) and your password.
Your username is an eight-digit number consisting of three zeros and the last five digits of your employee number e.g. 00012345.
If your password is less than six digits, you must rest it by clicking here
To change your password, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
